The incident, which took place in East Legon, Accra, resulted in the deaths of two young girls and has sparked outrage and a demand for justice across social media platforms.

In a direct response to the growing pleas for leniency, Sister Derby took to her social media to share her thoughts.

She posted a video where she questioned those asking for forgiveness and leniency for the Archbishop, stating, “Is this the same guy some of you want leniency for? What he said in this video is not a good look for @GhPoliceService, right? He sold you out… Yawa.”

Her comments referenced a video where Archbishop Salifu Amoako made statements that seemed controversial in light of the current situation.

Sister Derby’s remarks appear to stem from public frustration with how the case has been handled and the potential influence the Archbishop may have.

The Ghanaian socialite, known for her bold opinions, didn’t hold back in voicing her disappointment. Her sentiment reflects a broader societal concern about justice being served, regardless of one’s status or affiliations.

The tragic accident that claimed the lives of two innocent young girls has deeply shaken the Ghanaian landscape of the internet.

Archbishop Salifu Amoako’s son was behind the wheel during the crash, and while investigations are still ongoing, the emotional toll on the victims’ families and the public is palpable.
