Sally Mann, known for her no-nonsense commentary, has stirred the pot in Ghana’s entertainment industry once again.
On her Sally Take programme on Adom TV, she launched a scathing critique of MC Portfolio for accepting GH¢5,000 from Shatta Wale, calling it a betrayal of loyalty and an embarrassment to the entertainment community.
Drawing a sharp contrast between MC Portfolio’s past with Shatta Wale and his current association with Stonebwoy, Sally questioned the hypeman’s decision to accept the money.
“If Shatta Wale worked with you all these years and couldn’t give you the exposure and money you needed, but Stonebwoy has helped you this much, only for Shatta Wale to recognize your potential and try to tap into it by giving you GH¢5,000—and you couldn’t reject it—that’s a problem,” she said.

Her remarks didn’t stop at Portfolio’s decision to take the money; they delved deeper into what it symbolized.
She pointed out how Stonebwoy has significantly contributed to MC Portfolio’s rise in the entertainment industry, elevating his brand and visibility.
She called on Bhim Nation fans to hold Portfolio accountable, suggesting that they should demand an apology and even consider dropping him from the camp if he doesn’t return the money.
“I’m telling the Bhim fans, if Portfolio doesn’t apologize and return that money to your boss, you should drop him from the camp,” she asserted.
Sally’s critique also took aim at the perceived insult in the gesture from Shatta Wale, who, she claimed, offered the money in GH¢5 denominations.
She questioned why Portfolio would accept such a small amount from someone who has previously boasted about handling larger sums.

“Why would you accept just GH¢5,000 from him when the same person has publicly lied about taking $200,000? Why didn’t he give you at least GH¢50,000, but instead, you took GH¢5,000?
And let’s not forget, the notes he gave you were all GH¢5 bills,” she said, clearly unimpressed. “Portfolio, you are an embarrassment to the entertainment industry. You’ve disgraced all of us.”
