Antoine Semenyo continues to carve his name into Premier League history.

The Ghanaian forward reached a personal milestone in Bournemouth’s thrilling 5-0 victory over Nottingham Forest at the Vitality Stadium, a match that ended with Semenyo finding the back of the net in stoppage time.

That goal was Semenyo’s seventh of the season in the Premier League, rounding off an utterly dominant performance by the Cherries.

While Semenyo’s strike was the highlight, it wasn’t the only moment of brilliance.

Dango Ouattara delivered a masterclass with a superb hat-trick, and Justin Kluivert opened the floodgates in the ninth minute, setting the tone for the overwhelming win.

This goal brings Semenyo’s total contributions in the Premier League to an impressive 10, with seven goals and three assists across 22 appearances.

His efforts have been a major catalyst for Bournemouth’s performances, with his tally in all competitions standing at eight goals and four assists in 24 games this season.

Semenyo’s consistency and growing influence on the pitch are unmistakable, and this achievement underscores his importance to Bournemouth’s attacking play.

It’s clear the 2024/25 season is turning out to be one where Semenyo is asserting himself as a true Premier League standout.
