Osman Bukari’s fine form for Red Star Belgrade (Crvena Zvezda) this season continued after scoring in the team’s 2-1 victory over Vojvodina.

According to Transfermarkt, Bukari has scored 15 goals across all competitions since joining Red Star from French Ligue 1 team Nantes this season. He has also contributed 10 assists in 39 games.

In the ninth minute, Bukari received a pass from Aleksandar Katai and smashed the ball into the roof of the net from the edge of the penalty box for Red Star’s opening goal.

His most recent achievement earned him the Player of the Month Award for April, along with a plaque and a monetary prize of $1000 that will be donated to a charitable cause.

The winger gave the award to Ana Vukadinovi, a passionate fan of the Serbian champions who is coping with the agonizing skin ailment known as epidermolysis bullosa, in a wonderful show of selflessness.

Ghanaian mainstream journalism Saddick Adams aka Sports Obama shared a clip of the beautiful goal he scored over the weekend alongside a caption that showed he was highly impressed with him.

On June 21, 2022, Bukari was acquired by Serbian champions Red Star Belgrade at €3 million. In the same game where he made his club debut against Radniki Ni, he also scored.

He scored three goals and provided an assist in Red Star Belgrade’s 5-0 victory over Pyunik in their UEFA Champions League qualification match, earning him the title of player of the game. Red Star Belgrade and Partizan played to a 1-1 tie, with Bukari scoring one of the best goals ever seen in the Eternal Derby.
