Mejja’s Children: Does Mejja Have Children

Who are Mejja’s children

Famous Kenyan Genge musician Mejja Meme Khadija, better known by his stage name Mejja, is a father of two with different women. He has strong family values in addition to his musical talents. His former wife allegedly suddenly left without warning.

Major and his ex-wife were together for about 5 years. They are gifted with a beautiful daughter who resembles her father more. He revealed the sad news that his wife had left him, but he would not say why. He said that getting a divorce from his wife was so hard for him to deal with that he almost killed himself.

When Mejja turned 36, his ex-lover, Milly Wairimu, sent him an unexpectedly unpleasant birthday greeting, which has netizens wondering what may have transpired between the two of them. “Happy Birthday, idiot. I wish you nothing but bad life. I mean, you have to pay for your wicked ways. Jibambe,” she wrote.

She went on to suggest that the singer was to blame for the breakup and that she would soon reveal the truth about what happened between them.

In an interview Mejja, addressed the rumours around the issue. He denied fathering any children with Milly and admitted his feelings for her even after she had another man’s child. “I did not do anything to her. I do not want it to be back and forth with her. I know my peace. I have not apologised since I am not guilty.

“I want to clarify that she is not the mother of my children. I am the one who loved her with a kid. I have my baby mama, who gave birth to my kids, and it’s not her. My baby mama is not even on my social media,” said Mejja.

However, despite his wealth and notoriety, few details of his private life are publicly known. This is because Mejja has kept a low profile in entertainment in Kenya for many years, but he recently gave an interview in which he discussed his life and why he took his mother’s last name rather than his father’s.

“I call myself Khadija because my father was a sperm donor. As a child, I didn’t understand the sacrifices she made for us. Sometimes, I would find her crying in the house, and she’d act like nothing was wrong. When I grew up and had my family, I realised she went through a lot to raise three boys. After coming to Nairobi, people would always comment about the name, saying it’s a woman’s, so I started insisting on Mtoto wa Khadija. She’s my inspiration,” he said.
