Efia Odo

It would be recalled that in the wake of her resignation from Eat Avenue, Efia Odo addressed ongoing questions and criticisms regarding her ownership of the restaurant.

She took to social media to clarify her stake in the business and to respond to the backlash following her controversial statement.

“My 40% ownership of Eat Avenue Restaurant is very factual and backed by law,” Efia Odo asserted in a recent post.

She emphasized that her ownership is legitimate and legally recognized, stating, “I don’t necessarily need to be at the helm of affairs as a proud legal owner.”

To support her claim, she provided official details for verification: “If in doubt, kindly refer to Reg. No. CS033890324 & TIN: C0063837021 on the Ghana Register of Companies records. Thank you.”

In a separate post, Efia Odo made a provocative remark that stirred significant controversy: “I’m no longer affiliated with Eat Avenue, Eat at your own risk.”

This statement drew widespread criticism and sparked a wave of reactions from the public and media.

The juxtaposition of her defence of ownership with her critical remark about the restaurant has fueled discussions about her role and the implications of her statements.
