Efia Odo’s assertion of being the sole owner of Eat Avenue restaurant during her appearance on UTV is under scrutiny after the actual owner reportedly dismissed her from her managerial position.
Amid the ongoing conflict between Efia Odo and Sista Afia, the latter pointed out in a social media post that Efia Odo was managing someone else’s restaurant.
Efia Odo appeared on United Showbiz to assert her complete ownership of the restaurant, countering claims made by her rival that she was merely an employee.
However, in a recent turn of events, following reports of her dismissal from the management role, Efia Odo has revised her statement, claiming to own approximately 40% of the establishment.
To support her assertion, she has shared documentation online that evidences her ownership stake.
Current reports indicate a conflict between the restaurant’s owner and Efia Odo, resulting in Mr. Sarpong assuming control of the business operations, including its social media marketing.
Mr Sarpong has established new social media accounts for the restaurant and has advised followers to unfollow the previous accounts associated with Efia Odo.
These developments have intensified speculation regarding Efia Odo’s potential removal from her position.
In response, the socialite has taken to social media to clarify her stance, sharing documents along with a caption.
“My 40% ownership of Eats Avenue Restaurant is very factual and backed by law. I don’t necessarily need to be at the helm of affairs as a proud legal owner. If in doubt, kindly refer to Reg. No. CS033890324 & TIN: C0063837021 on the Ghana Register of Companies records. Thank you.”
