“I used to smoke a lot, but as I’ve gotten older, I can barely finish a roll of weed anymore, and it’s mainly because of my mental health and overall health.
“Honestly, it feels like a waste of time now,” Shatta Wale admitted. His comments reflect a growing awareness of the effects that substances like marijuana can have on one’s body and mind, especially as they age.
Shatta Wale went on to share a personal anecdote about a recent health scare. “When I’m over-stressed, I go to the hospital. Recently, I went for a check-up with Sammy Flex, and the doctor suggested I take an HIV test.
Sammy was worried about the results, but when they came back, he was impressed,” he revealed. The artist’s openness about the test highlights the importance of regular check-ups and the mental strain that public figures sometimes face.
One of the most revealing parts of the interview was Shatta Wale’s clarification about his performance routine.
