Hearts of Oak have unveiled their new technical squad for the 2017 football season, with the appointment of Dutch technical coach Rene Hiddink as the team’s Technical Director being the highlight.

The team’s coaching staff will benefit from Rene Hiddink’s joining because of his significant experience and new perspective. Hiddink will be crucial in setting clear technical guidelines for the team as the newly appointed Technical Director. His comprehensive understanding of the sport is anticipated to benefit not just the senior squad but also the Auroras, Royal Oaks, and the women’s team, promoting synergy and growth at all levels.

Other important individuals have joined the new technical team to improve the effectiveness of the group. Sebastian Barnes, a former player, will take over as Scouts’ leader in place of Jerry Adjei Asare, the goalkeeper’s trainer.

Carlos Klu has been named the new welfare officer for Hearts of Oak as part of their dedication to player care. Mercy Tagoe will also serve as the head coach of the Hearts of Oak women’s squad, highlighting the organization’s commitment to advancing women’s football.

Hearts of Oak is reorganizing its technical team as it gets ready for the 2023–24 season after having a challenging previous one.
