Young TikTok personality, Peller, recently clarified and retracted his earlier remarks about launching a GoFundMe campaign to raise N30 million for a supposed surgery to treat his girlfriend Jarvis’ mouth tumour.
Initially, Peller’s statement on a live video stirred up concern among his followers, who feared the severity of Jarvis’s health condition.
Jarvis, a fellow TikTok content creator, has gained significant popularity on the platform, especially for her content created with the assistance of AI technology. News of a supposed tumour led many supporters to empathize with her situation.

However, in a follow-up video, Peller explained that the claim was not genuine and was intended as a joke, dismissing the earlier announcement as a misunderstanding.
He expressed disappointment over followers who misunderstood his comments and accused him of attempting to exploit the situation for financial gain.
Clarifying his intentions, Peller firmly stated, “Please, I was on a live video, and I was only joking based on a comment I saw. Jarvis is doing fine, she doesn’t need a kobo. I am not using her for begging; this is Jarvis, she is doing fine.”
Echoing Peller’s explanation, Jarvis also assured viewers that she was in good health, emphasizing that the original comments were made in jest. “I am fine,” she affirmed, adding, “whatever he said, he was only cruising.”
