Ghana Premier League 2024/25 season fixtures released

The 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season fixtures were announced on Monday, July 29, 2024. The matches are scheduled to kick off on September 6th.

The upcoming season will begin on Friday, September 6, 2024, 82 days after the conclusion of the previous 2023/24 season.

FC Samartex 1996, the reigning champions, will face Dreams FC in an away match to start their title defence.

Hearts of Oak, former winners of the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup, will host newly promoted Basake Holy Stars in their first match of the season, while Asante Kotoko SC will travel to face Karela United.

Match Day 1 of the Ghana Premier League promises some thrilling encounters, including Medeama, former champions, hosting Accra Lions, who finished second last season.
