Freezy MacBones, the Ghanaian boxer whose rise to fame has inspired many, is now celebrating a deeply personal milestone—the birth of his baby boy.

On November 25, 2024, in Paris, Freezy and his French partner, Helen Defrance, welcomed their son, Quincy, into the world.

The proud father shared the joyous news on Instagram with a series of heartwarming images and a message that read, “Quincy 25/11/2024📍 Paris, our beautiful angel 😇 welcome future champ.”

The photos revealed intimate moments of their new family bond. In one image, baby Quincy lay swaddled, peacefully sleeping, while another captured Freezy holding his newborn on a hospital bed.

Defrance, a former Olympic sailor who won bronze at the 2016 Rio Games and now a sports nutritionist, appeared just as overjoyed as her partner.

The post also included a tender video of the couple sharing a kiss and a final slide showing Freezy gazing lovingly at his son.
