Former captain of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Joe Hendricks, is now a truck driver in the United States of America.

Based on information obtained from Ghanaweb, it has been confirmed that the former Ghanaian international relocated to the United States several months ago. In a recent video, Hendricks, also known as ‘Oreba’, proudly showcased his new occupation in the US, demonstrating his expertise in packaging brown boxes.

He expressed his intention to send financial support back home, although he acknowledged that it may take some time. Hendricks also shared his admiration for Ghanaians who have resided in the States for over two decades, stating that they deserve the best.

Having gained extensive experience in box packaging, he is confident in his abilities in this field. Hendricks began his football career with Sekondi Eleven Wise before transferring to Asante Kotoko in 1999, where he was eventually named captain. He later played for AshantiGold SC, Hapoel Rishon Le Zion in Israel, and the All Blacks and Medeama SC upon his return to the local scene between 2009 and 2012.
