Metro TV news anchor Bridget Otoo has used an analogy to illustrate Nana Kwame Bediako’s, also known as Cheddar, aspiration for the presidency.
Speaking to the famed satirist and TV personality KSM, Bridget emphasized the importance of believing someone when they reveal their true self, stating that the Ghanaian entrepreneur would be worse than Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Otoo believes that if Cheddar were to win the election, he has already displayed indications of his incompetence.
“When somebody shows you who they are believe them. So if Cheddar is showing you who he is going to be…of course, he is not going to win but if by any unforeseen circumstance he wins forget it. He will be worse than NPP, NDC,” she said on the KSM show.
Cheddar was in the news recently when he was interviewed by Umaru Sanda Amadu on Citi TV to discuss his presidential aspirations and plans for Ghana.
The interview as monitored by Tru News Report, saw Sanda highlighting the scepticism surrounding Bediako’s candidacy due to his educational background.
Despite being questioned about his ability to lead with only an SSCE certificate, Bediako expressed his determination to become the president of Ghana.
He challenged the notion that academic qualifications guarantee effective leadership, questioning the impact of degrees on the country’s development.
Bediako, the leader of the New Force Movement, remains confident that his lack of a university degree will not impede his vision to improve Ghana’s economy.
