West Ham star Mohammed Kudus was honoured with the prestigious Footballer of the Year award at the 2024 Ghana Football Awards ahead of Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, Osman Bukari, and Inaki Williams.
The event took place at the Accra International Conference Centre on Saturday, June 29, 2024.
Throughout his first season with West Ham, Kudus showcased his exceptional skills by scoring a series of remarkable goals, including a sensational strike against eventual champions Manchester City on the final day of the season, shortly after joining from Ajax.

As a result, Kudus has gained a strong following among the fans and has emerged as one of the standout players in the league.
With a total of 14 goals and six assists across all competitions, Kudus played a crucial role in West Ham’s ninth-place finish in the Premier League and their journey to the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
