Popular Ghanaian Highlife and Afrobeats super star Kelvin Boy has shared his thoughts on the “I am not Yvonne Nelson” memoir.
Having a bite of the section of the book that deals with Yvonne Nelson’s failed relationship with Sakrodie, Kelvyn Boy said Yvonne Nelson had more compelling reasons to abort the pregnancy than Sarkodie
During an appearance on United Showbiz, Kelvin Boy said Yvonne Nelson could have simply given birth and given the child to her mother. “She had more reasons to get rid of the baby than Sarkodie, because it looks like her reasons were more important because she could have given birth and then given the baby to her mother to care for,” he said.
He went on to say, “If a woman wants to give birth, she will, because she will be the one to carry the child. I have three kids, which I wasn’t ready for, but I accepted it, which is why I’m saying Yvonne Nelson’s listed reasons sounded more serious than Sarkodie’s reasons,” he concluded .
Since the release of Yvonne Nelson’s new book, there have been furore on social media due to shocking claims in the book concerning her affairs with award-winning musician Sarkodie.
A wide variety of people on the internet and in the industry have commented on the book’s contents, some appreciating her bravery and others not accepting the facts that have shocked them.
