Nana Agradaa, known in private life as Rev. Patricia Asiedua, has stirred controversy by accusing gospel musician Empress Gifty of hypocrisy in her newfound support for John Dramani Mahama following his victory in the 2024 Ghanaian elections.
In a fiery social media rant, Agradaa unleashed scathing remarks, questioning the sincerity of Gifty’s public endorsements of the NDC leader.

“Now that JM has won, you’re sitting on the internet with your unkempt hair talking nonsense,” Agradaa said, her tone brimming with disdain.
She further accused Gifty and her husband of years of disrespect and antagonism toward Mahama, suggesting their current show of support was nothing more than political opportunism.
“You and your husband disrespected and embarrassed him for years. It’s not now, after he has won, that you want to pretend like you’ve always supported him.
“Look at what you guys said about him just a few years ago,” Agradaa added, delivering a stinging rebuke.
