Chris Brown has sparked controversy when he took the time to post a negative comment towards an impersonator and an obvious fan on Instagram.

The individual in question, Tigo Fariah, is a comedian who bears a striking resemblance to Chris Brown and boasts 225,000 followers on his Instagram account.

After being tagged in one of Tigo’s skits, Chris Brown reacted with a harsh comment that many fans deemed unnecessary.

Several of Tigo’s supporters were upset by Chris Brown’s actions towards their favourite entertainer who was just trying to earn a living.

Chris wrote: “It’s lame as f*** impersonating me.. you look like you missing a chromosome. BE YOU MY NI**A… YOU COULD NEVER BE ME! SO STOP IT BEFORE I SLAP DA S**T OUT YOU.”
