In a video making rounds online, Richmond Owusu, a Canadian-based Ghanaian, has shared intimate details about his past relationship with MC Yaa Yeboah, following her recent denials of any romantic involvement with him.

Mr. Owusu painted a vivid picture of a relationship that began with grand promises and plans for the future. He described how Yaa Yeboah, at the onset, presented herself with a certain level of bravado that was later exposed as a facade.

Owusu’s plans to invite Yeboah to Canada were laid bare when he mentioned possessing her passport number, a testament to the serious nature of their discussions.

This revelation led Owusu to step in with financial support. He reminisced about the days when he was sending money not only for Yeboah’s sustenance but also for her family’s upkeep.

One of the more striking claims made by Owusu was his significant financial contribution to the construction of Yaa Yeboah’s house.

He detailed the moments when Yeboah faced eviction from her rented apartment, and how he personally intervened by contacting the landlord to plead on her behalf. This gesture underscores the depth of his involvement and the lengths he went to support her.

In a surprising twist, Owusu disputed Yaa Yeboah’s assertions about her departure from Bright TV. Contrary to her claims of leaving voluntarily, Owusu insisted she was actually sacked.

Their relationship also ventured into business territory. The duo had discussed starting an “Akpeteshie” business, a venture into which Owusu claimed he had invested.

This not only highlights the intertwined nature of their personal and professional lives but also emphasizes the depth of their partnership.
