Ayra Starr has added her voice to the demand for justice for Christianah Idowu, a third-year student at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB).
The artist used her social media platform to advocate for justice for the young woman and called for an end to all forms of injustice, including rape and murder against women.
She wrote, “Stop killing us! Stop raping us! Women deserve better #JusticeForChristianah”

Christianah was tragically killed after being kidnapped between Ikorodu and Yaba in Lagos State.
It is reported that she had left her residence in the Itaoluwo area of Ikorodu, heading to the University of Lagos in Yaba, where she was participating in her industrial training before her abduction.
Her captors allegedly contacted her family using her phone and demanded a ransom of N3 million on Monday, August 26.
The family requested a reduction in the ransom and offered N350,000, which the kidnappers instructed them to transfer to a specific account.
Nevertheless, the abductors did not release Christianah, despite the family’s efforts to meet their demands.
