Tiwa Savage has praised Olamide in a social media post, revealing that the rapper turned down a huge amount of money for a verse in her new song Commona.
According to Tiwa, Olamide’s management quoted N100 million for the verse, but he refused to accept payment when he found out it was for her.
She expressed her gratitude for his support and understanding of the challenges faced by female artists in the music industry and emphasized that Olamide treats her like a sister.
She said; “I was talking to his management, I did not want to talk to him directly because he would want to do it for free.

“I was willing to pay and his team charged me N100m. When Olamide asked them who the artiste was, he just said NO. He won’t take it.
“He said I’m his sister and he knows how difficult it is for a woman to make it in the industry. And guess what? He gave the verse for free. Good people exist and Baddo is one”.
Tiwa’s revelation has sparked a new conversation as far as entertainment news in Nigeria is concerned.
