Sean Diddy Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo has expressed confusion over the discovery of 1,000 bottles of baby oil during a police raid on the rapper’s property in an interview with TMZ.
“I don’t know where the number 1,000 came,” Agnifilo stated, noting that he had been informed that the figure originated from the U.S. attorney’s office.
When pressed further, Agnifilo questioned the relevance of the baby oil in the investigation, saying, “I can’t imagine it’s thousands, and I’m not really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything.”
He added, “I don’t know what you need 1,000 for—one bottle of baby oil goes a long way.”
The lawyer attempted to clarify the situation, pointing out, “He has a big house; he buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home.”
This statement aimed to contextualize the large quantity of baby oil found, suggesting it may not be as incriminating as it appears.
The unusual find has sparked curiosity and speculation regarding the circumstances surrounding the raid.
Combs was taken into custody at a New York hotel on Monday, September 16, facing charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, and has been denied bail set at $50 million.
He has entered a plea of not guilty.
Following the raid of Diddy’s residences on March 25, videos featuring celebrities reminiscing about the rapper’s notorious parties have begun to resurface.
Ashton Kutcher declined to share specifics about the events at Diddy’s parties during an appearance on Hot
Once, in 2014, Khloe Kardashian recounted a Diddy party where attendees were reportedly nude on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
There is currently no evidence indicating that any of the celebrities were aware of the alleged activities mentioned in the lawsuit.
