The Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has trumpeted the achievements of the NPP government claiming they have outperformed previous governments in many areas.
The Vice President and his wife, Samira Bawumia, joined the New Patriotic Party’s thanksgiving service on Thursday hosted by the National Executive Committee at the national headquarters in Accra, Asylum Down.
During the service, Dr. Bawumia claimed that the administration of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, “has built more roads than any other government in the history of Ghana”, and constructed more industries than any previous administration since independence.
He said the administration had constructed more interchanges and airports than any other in the 4th Republic.
Prayers were said during the service for God’s guidance for the upcoming primaries to select a presidential candidate and parliamentary candidates.
Justin Kodua Frimpong, the General Secretary of the NPP, expressed confidence that the party’s primaries will go through without problems and be a resounding success.
