Vera Sidika’s Biography

Vera Sidika Mungasia, popularly known as Vera Sidika, is a well-known Kenyan television and social media personality, video courtesan, businesswoman, and socialite.

Vera Sidika was born on September 30, 1989, and grew up in Mombasa, Kenya. She attended the best elementary and secondary institutions in Mombasa for her primary and secondary education.

She rose to prominence in 2012 after appearing on the single “You Guy” by P-Unit. She was also featured on the 2014 Prezzo single “My Gal.” She has collaborated with notable artists both locally and internationally, including Nigerian musicians Skiibii and Harrysong, who appeared as a video vixen titled “Ebaeno” in November 2015, as well as other notable artists.

In addition, she has been featured in prominent media outlets such as the New York Post and BBC Africa and has become the topic on the lips of entertainment in Kenya pundits. On May 21, 2017, she launched Veetox Tea as an entrepreneur. Veetox tea is an herbal cleanse that aids in reducing bloating, burning abdominal waste, and cleansing the digestive tract.

She is also the proprietor of VS Spa, a Mombasa-based beauty brand that includes cosmetics and personal care products. She also operates a Nairobi-based skincare business called Zuri Glow Skincare.

She appeared in the 2015 reality programme Nairobi Diaries alongside other Kenyan celebrities such as Silvia Njoki, Ella Ciru, Gertrude Murunga, Kiki Diang’a, and Marjolein Blokland. The programme focused on successful women in Kenya.

In 2014. Vera was accused of bleaching her skin, but she confessed to doing so in the United Kingdom. She stated that the cost of her skin was over KSh15 million ($125,000). In an interview with Larry Madowo, she stated, “My body is my business, and it generates revenue.”

Vera Sidika made headlines on Wednesday, October 5, when she revealed that she had undergone surgery to diminish her ample buttocks.

The socialite disclosed in an Instagram post that ‘health risks and complications’ compelled her to undergo surgery.

A portion of her over two million followers were astonished when the beauty posted a photo of her metamorphosis, which she described as “unbelievable.”
