In a shocking turn of events in the long-running investigation into Tupac Shakur’s 1996 murder, prosecutors have brought forward explosive allegations involving music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
According to recent court filings, Duane “Keefe D” Davis, the man charged with Tupac’s murder, claimed to investigators that Diddy had offered to pay for the hit on the iconic rapper.

The allegations stem from statements Keefe D reportedly made to police during interviews conducted as part of the investigation. Prosecutors assert that Davis told detectives Diddy had offered a million dollars for the killing of both Tupac and Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight.

These sensational claims add a new layer of complexity to the already intricate case. It’s important to note that Diddy has consistently denied any involvement in Tupac’s death, and he has not been charged with any crime related to the case.

Keefe D, a former gang member, was arrested in September 2023 in connection with Tupac’s murder. He had previously admitted to being in the car from which the fatal shots were fired but denied being the trigger man.
Legal experts caution that these allegations, while explosive, will need to be corroborated with additional evidence. The defense team for Keefe D is expected to challenge the admissibility and credibility of these statements.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the Clark County District Attorney’s Office have not provided additional comments on these new developments, citing the ongoing nature of the legal proceedings.
