As per a report by MyNewsGh, three officials from Some Senior High Schools in the Volta Region have been placed on interdiction.
The individuals in question are Richard Amertoxe, the Bursar, Yorm Dzikumu, the matron, and Alex Obuadi, a storekeeper.
They are required to transfer all school properties under their control to the Headmaster while undergoing investigation.
The Ghana Education Service has announced the formation of a committee to look into the matter, with a deadline of two weeks for the submission of their findings.
Recent incidents involved the discovery of food items such as tin tomatoes, mackerel, cleaning agents, and insecticide spray in possession of the matron, following a search conducted by alumni and the local assembly member on the evening of May 24, 2024, as the bursar and matron were leaving the campus.

Management of Ghana Education Service (GES) has interdicted Richard Ametorxe (Bursar).
Yorm Dzikumu (Matron), and Alex Obuadi (Storekeeper), all of Some Senior High School with immediate effect, pending further investigation into an alleged stealing of free SHS food items.
The three officers are to handover to the Headmaster of the school. The investigative committee has been given two weeks to submit its report to Management. troupe.
