According to a report from MyNewsGh, Zeinab Muhammad Ali, a nurse at the Tamale Teaching Hospital’s Emergency Burns Unit Red Zone and a mother of two, is alleged to have poured boiling water on her husband during a disagreement.

The disagreement reportedly arose when her husband refused to let her use his car, resulting in severe burn injuries for him.

The husband is currently receiving treatment at the Tamale Teaching Hospital, while the suspect is said to be evading authorities.

Mr. Nuru Rahaman Iddrisu, the victim’s uncle, confirmed the incident to MyNewsGh.com and stated that the entire family is seeking justice and the removal of the suspect from her position.

“We are demanding that as far as work ethics is concerned she should be removed from her post because she is a danger to patients at the facility”. He appealed while reiterating the need for justice for the victim.
