In a recent episode of the engaging podcast “Rants, Bants, and Confessions” by Glitch Africa Studios, Dancehall King Shatta Wale did not hold back in taking shots at his long-time rivals, Stonebwoy and Sarkodie.
Hosted by Efia Odo, Gisela Amponsah, and Ama Burland, the podcast saw Shatta Wale unleashing his candid thoughts on his fellow musicians.

Shatta Wale claimed that Stonebwoy has become “swollen-headed” after enjoying a bit of fame and success.
He also took a jab at Sarkodie, referring to the rapper as “The Landlord” and criticizing his lawyer-like dressing style.
These comments did not sit well with social media users, who accused Shatta Wale of being the same old jealous and bitter rival.
The feud between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy has been ongoing for over a decade, always buzzing entertainment news in Ghana.
It began to intensify in 2019 when the two clashed at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA), leading to both artists receiving indefinite bans from the event.
The rivalry has since been marked by public spats and heated exchanges, with both artists frequently trading barbs in interviews and on social media.
As for Sarkodie, Shatta Wale’s comments added fuel to an already simmering rivalry. Sarkodie, known for his sharp lyrical skills and his moniker “The Landlord,” has often been a target of Shatta Wale’s criticisms.
