Stonebwoy was captured in a joyous moment as he showcased his dance moves in a recent video.
The footage depicted him dancing borborbor, clearly displaying his happiness after being awarded the Artiste of the Year at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards.
During his visit to TV3 for an interview, Stonebwoy was warmly welcomed by a crowd of fans wearing customised Bhim Nation T-shirts and waving their flag. As he arrived in his luxury car, he greeted the excited onlookers with a smile.
Amidst the cheers and selfie requests, Stonebwoy joined in the borborbor dance, much to the delight of those present.
This traditional dance, originating from the Ewe people in Ghana and Togo, holds cultural significance and is often performed during community festivals.
Mr. Francis Kudzo Nuatro is credited with originating this dance in the 1950s. This captivating dance holds significant cultural and social value, and it is performed by the Ewe people residing in the Volta Region of Ghana.
The Volta Region is located north of the Anlo Ewe community in southeastern Ghana and extends into parts of Togo.
