Mohbad’s father is calling on all women who believe they have children with the late singer to step forward.
In a TikTok video originally shared by Instagblog, Mohbad’s father, Mr Joseph Aloba sparked mixed reactions online and entertainment news platforms when he stated that it is the appropriate moment for any woman who has a child with his son to present the grandchild to him, along with proof.
He also mentioned his readiness to carry out a DNA test to verify the child’s paternity before making any further decisions.

Mr Aloba said: “Any woman on earth that has a child for Mohbad should please come out now.
“It will be a great joy for me to finally know that my son Mohbad left a child behind and to see my grandchild. All we need to do is to conduct a DNA test.”
MohBad and his wife, Omawunmi, had a son who was born in April 2023.
The Egwu hitmaker died on September 12, 2023, at the age of 27 following treatment for an infection by an unlicensed nurse, who was subsequently arrested.
Authorities later revealed their intention to probe the circumstances surrounding the musician’s demise after his remains were unearthed on September 21, 2023.
In a related development, the pathologist in charge of Mohbad’s autopsy has disclosed that despite months of investigating his cause of death, he and his team were unable to determine the cause of death for the former Naira Marley signee.
In light of this, the Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Wahab Shittu, mentioned that the pathologist’s testimony in court confirmed that the toxicology test conducted on Mohbad did not provide conclusive evidence regarding the cause of his death.
Shittu disclosed this information during a press conference following the Coroner’s Inquest on Wednesday.
The senior lawyer said, that at the time the test was carried out, the body of the singer had already decomposed.
