The legal dispute between Davido and Sophia Momodu regarding custody of their daughter has escalated.
Sophia Momodu claimed that despite not being in a romantic relationship, Davido allegedly attempted to engage in sexual activities with her before acknowledging his responsibilities as a father to their daughter, Imade Aurora Adeleke.
She stated that these incidents occurred even while the singer was in a relationship with Chioma, whom he later married on June 25.
As evidence, she presented a conversation with Davido supporting her claims, which was included in her affidavit submitted to the court during their legal battle.
The evidence also includes a WhatsApp conversation where Sophia Momodu agreed to engage in phone sex with Davido, despite his relationship with Chioma, and another exchange discussing their daughter, Imade.
