Samira Bawumia, according to a sad report, was involved in a fatal accident on Saturday, January 13, that led to the unfortunate death of one of her team members.

George Kwarteng Adenta, a member of Mrs Samira Bawumia’s team, posted on Facebook to assure everyone that she was safe and unhurt while giving Ghanaians a glimpse of what happened.

Adenta shared the sorrowful incident on his Facebook page, stating:

“Earlier today, while travelling to Kumasi with the Second Lady, Samira Bawumia, a sprinter bus narrowly avoided colliding with the car of the Second Lady at Juaso but unfortunately ran into the two cars after hers. The Second Lady is safe and doing well. Regrettably, one of our team members lost his life instantly. This is very unfortunate. May our brother’s soul rest in peace, as we thank God for the life of the Second Lady and the rest of the team. Thank you all for your calls and messages.”
