Rick Ross is facing a lawsuit from a fan who alleges that he was denied access to a recent concert.
On August 9, TMZ reported that a man named Darris Straughter, who uses a wheelchair, has taken legal action against the rapper.
Straughter claims that staff at Ross’s large car show assured him multiple times that a wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus would be available to transport him to the event.
However, he states that the shuttle did not arrive on the day of the concert.
In addition to purchasing a ticket, Straughter incurred expenses for lodging and travel, even selling his car to afford the event.
He is reportedly seeking damages for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
As of now, Ross, who was in Monte Carlo on Friday night, has not issued a response regarding the lawsuit.
