Rev. Owusu Bempah Didn’t Say National Chief Imam Visited Him To Look Into His Destiny – Glorious Word Power Ministries Int’l

The Glorious Word Power Ministries International has clarified some claims allegedly made by Owusu Bempah about the National Chief Imam.

The claim is that Rev. Bempah has said that the National Chief Imam visits him to look into his destiny.

The church in a statement said the claim is completely “malicious and false.”

The office of the chief Imam made the claims in a statement it issued.

They asked the IGP and the Christian community to advise Rev. Bempah from making false prophecies about the Chief Imam.

But the church blames Ghanaweb for publishing the false story that the chief Imam’s office is responding to.

It explained that it had already clarified the reportage to an official of the office of the Chief Imam.

It says it finds it strange that after the explanation, the office could issue a strong-worded statement against Rev. Bempah.

It condemned the statement that sought to refer to Rev. Owusu Bempah as a charlatan.

“We want to be clear that Apostle Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah has never said that the Chief Imam has consulted him on his future” the church said in the statement.

“The publication was motivated by hatred, greed, sensationalism, and a desire to break the calm and cordial relationship between the Chief Imam and Apostle Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah.”

Previous incident

This is not the first time Rev. Owusu Bempah has had an issue with the office of the Chief Imam.

In 2019, angry Muslim youth attacked the church over a prophecy about the Chief Imam’s impending death.
