Radio personality, Kwasi Aboagye has threatened to take legal action against Afia Schwarzenegger due to supposed defamatory statements she made about him during an Instagram live session.
In response, the host of Peace FM has given Afia Schwarzenegger seven days to retract her comments and issue an apology for her actions on the internet.
During one of her live sessions on social media with Shatta Wale, Afia Schwarzenegger hurled insults at Akwasi Aboagye. She went on to disclose that she had a previous encounter with the radio personality when she was 19 years old, insinuating that he had a preference for younger girls.
Additionally, Afia Schwarzenegger claimed that Kwasi Aboagye had a small manhood and was unable to satisfy her sexually.

We hold the instructions of MR. SOLOMON DAVID ABOAGYE (ALIAS KWASI ABOAGYE) to demand that you retract, apologise and remove from the internet audiovisual recordings of all defamatory statements you have recently made against him.
Our client takes notice that you have repeated outright falsehoods against him over a long period, and are now seeking others, including Mr. Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., to join you in further spreading same.
Once again, he elects to ignore the bare insults, but not the false claims of criminal conduct of defiling unnamed minors, imputations of impotence and infidelity of his partner to hurt his family. Your written retraction and apology, which must be delivered within 7 days from the date first above, must be unequivocal, unconditional and subject to prior approval of our client.
Our client, indeed, regrets his brief encounter with you once while unmarried over 20 years ago. But for avoidance of doubt, he denies your allegations as completely false and malicious.
Our firm, has firm instructions to, without further notice to you, and upon your failure, neglect or refusal to fully satisfy our client’s demands herein, take out a suit and hold you liable.
Those engaged in republication of the false claims are by copy of this notice deemed duly cautioned.
