Nigerian singer, Portable, has refuted claims that dancer Pocolee and rapper Olamide helped in making him known.
Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable or Dr. Zeh, said this in an interview with Echoo Room.
Portable says he was already known with his music doing well before Pocolee and Olamide reached out to him.
According to him, they sent him a direct message, and that no one linked him to them as suggested.
He said becoming successful is by grace, adding that when it is one’s time to succeed, they will.
The singer and rapper, Portable, became known with the release of his song, ZaZoo Zehh, which had Olamide and Pocolee on it.
