Sonnie Badu, a multiple-award-winning gospel singer, philanthropist, producer, TV host, and author, has cautioned Christians to be careful about the foods they eat, particularly pork, as doing so may make them susceptible to numerous demons.

Rev. Sonnie Badu said in one of his sermons that pork from pigs is the most unclean food that brings in demons. He urged his congregation to avoid contact with pigs and other creatures the Bible considered unclean.

“You must first test your spiritual appetite, because the number one way witches invade bodies is through food. Also, the Bible declares that some animals are unclean. What do you think an unclean animal is? In other words, when that unclean animal is found in you spiritually, it gives the witch quick access to jump in because “there is an unclean animal in you.”

“Anything that has pork is unclean. Even when you go to the Chinese restaurant and they ask you if you want pork, they keep asking you just to be sure, because they know that its an unclean animal. So once the demons discover that you ate something unclean, your spirit automatically gets subdued. Once you go to bed, that’s when they come, because you gave them the access.

However, Sonnie Badu urged Christians to pray before each meal, saying that demons often work in restaurants.

“Some of you, the restaurants you eat, the one preparing the food is an agent. That is why, common knowledge, Christians, is that you should pray before you eat. Some of you, your appetite is so big you don’t even pray, you just look at the food then start eating” he added.
