Pitson was born and raised in Eastleigh. Life was really hard for them as a family as his parents were jobless but this did not weigh down determined Peterson from getting an education.
After graduating from Eastleigh High School, Pitson proceeded to Inorero University where he studied Law. After his degree in Law, Не went to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology for a degree in Bachelor of Commerce.
Pitson earned a Bcom Finance option degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in 2011.

In 2012, he was hired as a financial consultant in the sales department of Standard chartered bank. In 2015, he decided to enter the music industry full-time and quit his employment.
He is best known for his song “Lingala ya Yesu” and has won numerous accolades, including: Groove awards; Collabo of the year 2012, Song of the year 2013, and writer of the year 2015 & 2016 Sauti accolades: Male Artist of the Year 2015, Coast honours Author of the 2016 year etc.
