Reports spread rapidly about a supporter of Chris Brown who received a refund from the music icon during his Meet and Greet after he discovered she has a physical disability.
Known as Kareel Russel, the lovely woman gained online fame following the release of her ‘Meet & Greet’ pictures with Chris Brown, with claims that the $1,111 she spent was returned by the artist.
Various sources stated that upon learning of Russell’s disability, Chris Brown gave back the money she paid for the photo opportunity and also presented her with $10,000.
One of the posts from the Twitter handle @lushhotz read: “This woman paid $1,111 for a ‘Meet & Greet’ with Chris Brown. When he saw her, he refunded her money and also gave her an extra $10k, along with these beautiful pictures.”

Following its viral spread, Russell posted a video in which she refuted the rumours and confirmed that she had personally covered the cost of the session.
She said; “What I’m not okay with is strangers on the internet using my face and exploiting my disability for likes and clicks while spreading misinformation. That, we not gonna do.
“Just like everyone else, I support Chris as a brand and as an individual, so if you see me at a show or meet and greet, please know that I paid for my ticket. I paid to get there.”
