The 7th iteration of the annual Ghana Music Awards UK, sponsored by Taabea, took place on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at the Royal Regency Palace in London.

In attendance were many fans and music enthusiasts, dignitaries, and A-list artistes from across Europe and America, including Shatta Wale, Yoggie Doggy, Nana Quarme, Guru, DJ FiiFii, Praye, Piesie Esther, and more.

A total of 42 awards were presented that evening, with the prestigious Artiste of the Year award bestowed upon Shatta Wale.
