Nigerian TikTok sensation Peller is reportedly under the FBI’s watch after his previous involvement in internet fraud, commonly known in Nigeria as Yahoo-Yahoo, resurfaced.
The news was revealed by controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo, who shared an audio update on her social media, claiming an inside FBI source had alerted her to Peller’s alleged cybercriminal past.
According to Olunloyo, Peller had openly discussed his prior engagement in internet fraud during a TikTok live session, stating that before rising to fame, he relied on fraudulent activities for income.
His transition to legitimate earnings as a social media content creator has since made him a prominent figure, especially on TikTok, where he has amassed a considerable following.

Olunloyo didn’t mince words, issuing a stark warning to the 19-year-old influencer about the potential fallout from his past revelations.
“If you know Peller, please tell him to SFTU. He is about to single-handedly ruin his own future,” she urged, suggesting that he be cautious about sharing any further details that could land him in serious trouble with U.S. authorities.
Drawing a comparison to the infamous case of influencer Hushpuppi, who is currently serving time in the U.S. for cybercrime, she stressed the risk of heightened scrutiny for influencers with questionable pasts.
The allegations have sparked mixed reactions online, with some dismissing Olunloyo’s claims as exaggerated, while others recognize the potential consequences if the accusations hold any truth.
For many, this situation underscores the mounting pressures faced by young influencers to present a clean image, particularly as law enforcement agencies worldwide crackdown on cybercrime.
