Ghanaian actor Prince David Osei has voiced his concerns over alleged attacks on members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) following the recent elections.
In a heartfelt post on X, the actor called for an end to what he described as baseless violence, urging Ghanaians to uphold democratic values and unity.
“I respect the power that is, but I am NOT AFRAID; no one can intimidate me or make me go silent,” Prince David Osei declared.
He emphasized the importance of standing against the attacks, which he claimed were targeted at NPP members.

“This is a democratic dispensation, and we should all respect it!” he added, making a passionate appeal for national harmony.
Reflecting on his own experience, the actor addressed misconceptions about his stance during the elections.
“The fact I didn’t agree with you during the campaign doesn’t mean we are enemies. I have NDC friends all over, even at the top, but they are all silent!!” he said, expressing disappointment at what he perceives as a lack of public condemnation from influential voices.
Prince David Osei’s call comes amidst claims of rising tensions between supporters of the NPP and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) following the election results.
The actor questioned the moral integrity of using electoral victory as a pretext for intimidation, saying, “Is it right to start terrorizing citizens because you won an election? Does two wrongs make a right?”
