No Money Brought to The Altar Has Entered My Pocket – Rev. Elvis Agyeman

Rev. Elvis Agyeman, the founder and lead pastor of Grace Mountain Ministry and the Alpha Hour Online prayer session, has revealed that the money offered to the church by its members do not make its way into his pocket.

He claims that the money that is collected by the church is distributed to the accounts of those who are less fortunate. Rev. Elvis Agyeman made this comment while preaching during church service, and he outlined what he goes through every day as a pastor overseeing a church as well as a daily online prayer session, Alpha Hour.

“When you encourage Christians to fast, oh pastor you are preaching go; when you tell them to come and pray, oh pastor you have done well; when you tell them to give, then you become a thief; there’s no money that comes before the altar that has entered my pocket; I can be bold to declare it,” he added.

He went on to say that there is a difference between the money that members give to him as a gesture of appreciation, and the money that members give as seeds to put before the altar, and that this differentiation is important.

He says his sister pays him on a monthly basis, and that the church is not a source of financial support for him.
