Rapper Nicki Minaj has reportedly won a defamation lawsuit against Marley Green, a social media influencer also known as Nosey Heaux.
Recent legal documents acquired by TMZ reveal that the settlement requires the blogger to issue an apology for her inaccurate statements regarding Nicki, specifically the unfounded allegations that Minaj was involved with cocaine use.
Nicki initiated the lawsuit against Green in September 2022 after she released a video asserting that Nicki was “shoving all this cocaine up her nose.”
As part of the settlement, Green admits that her claims about Nicki’s alleged cocaine use were untrue and acknowledges that she possessed no evidence to support any assertions of drug use by Nicki.
Additionally, Nicki’s lawsuit highlighted that Green made “vile” remarks concerning the son she shares with her husband, Kenneth Petty.
In the settlement agreement, Green commits to refraining from mentioning Petty or Nicki’s child in the future, as well as from making any further comments regarding Nicki and cocaine.
Furthermore, she is prohibited from retweeting any statements that imply Nicki has engaged in illegal or unethical behaviour.
