The terms of Ne-Yo’s recently finalised divorce state that he will keep three of their four properties as well as a Bentley, while she will receive a large sum of money.
According to TMZ, Ne-Yo is giving his ex-wife Crystal Renay a $1.6 million lump sum in order to equalize the distribution of their real estate assets… She receives one of their four Georgia residences plus $20,000 in relocation fees.
Ne-Yo is also sending his ex-wife a payment of $150,000 so she may get a new car. He is taking their old Bentley Bentayga from 2022.
Additionally, the “So Sick” singer will pay Crystal $12,000 per month in child support and school fees for their three children. Ne-Yo must also pay $5,000 per month in alimony for the next three years.
Ne-Yo and Crystal will have joint custody of their young children, and they have agreed that neither party will have new love relationships around the children unless they are married to or engaged to that partner. or have the approval of both parties.
Back in August 2022, in a now deleted Instagram post obtained by Hip Hop Hollywood, Renay shared with her followers what had led to her filing for divorce. “8 years of lies and deception. 8 years of unknowingly sharing my life and husband with numerous of women who sell their bodies to him unprotected,” she said in the Instagram post
