Singer Akwaboah has disclosed a surprising revelation about his newly wedded wife , saying she was a virgin when they got married.
This astonishing fact came to light during an interview with Deloris Frimpong Manso on her Delay Show, where Akwaboah addressed rumours surrounding his past relationships and fathering children with multiple women before settling down with his current wife.
He mentioned that his desire to have multiple baby mamas was a factor in the situation, but he chose not to elaborate on the details.
He also stated that he didn’t want to delve too deeply into how he found himself in relationships with those women.
He mentioned that despite this, he admitted that he felt unsettled with them, prompting him to seek companionship elsewhere.
This led him to marry Theresa, who he discovered was a virgin at the time of their marriage, adding a special touch to their relationship.
Meanwhile, rapper Strongman recently disclosed that his former SarkCess Music label mate Akwaboah spent a staggering GH₵170,000 to book the Kempinski hotel for his wedding ceremony.
Despite the efforts and sacrifices made for this special occasion, many Ghanaians took the opportunity to mock him based on his appearance in a viral video that circulated online.
During a recent interview on Pure FM, Strongman also mentioned that the cost of food was not included in the aforementioned amount.
Strongman, who seems privy to all the details surrounding Akwaboah’s wedding, emphasised the importance of simplicity, as people tend to involve themselves in matters that are not their concern, regardless of the extent one goes to.
Ultimately, he expressed his frustration towards social media users who criticized Akwaboah’s outfit and various aspects of the wedding without having any knowledge of the amount of money spent on it.
He mentioned that for his wedding, he prefers to keep things simple by going to the court to make it official.
