Burna Boy’s mother, Bose Ogulu has praised the Grammy award-winning artist as a living legend.
She posted the acclamation in celebration of his birthday today, July 2nd, a development that has dominated entertainment news portals in Nigeria.
Mrs Ogulu used his Instastories to convey a series of birthday wishes to her son.
She wished for his day to be brimming with love, laughter, and happiness.

Sharing a photo Burna Boy, she wrote; “Wishing the happiest of birthdays to this living legend.
May your day be filled with love, laughter, and all the joy you bring to others every day.”

Meanwhile, Burna Boy’s latest track, Higher, has broken records as the most streamed African song in a single day on Spotify.
The song garnered an impressive 1.31 million streams on its first day of release, solidifying Burna Boy’s position as a top artist.
The music video for Higher was recently released in Port Harcourt, Burna Boy’s hometown, adding to the song’s success.
This anthem of resilience and hope was officially launched on June 28, 2024, and was announced through a series of posts on Burna Boy’s social media handles.
The single is part of his latest project, titled “Project Protect,” in partnership with the charity organisation The R.E.A.C.H.
