Sista Afia has minimized the importance of a viral video featuring her kiss with fellow artist Amerado.
In response to questions from a blogger regarding the brief intimate encounter that sparked online discussions, Sista Afia remarked that people are overreacting, emphasizing that the kiss was trivial and lacks any real significance.
She stated that Amerado is a brother to her and would never engage in any romantic activity with him.
“I kissed who? Amerado? Come on, that is going too far. Amerado is my brother,” she stated.
It would be recalled that a video shared by one Big Kay on Twitter days ago caused a stir, as Sista Afia and Amerado were seen engaging in some antics at the birthday celebration of Ghanaian businessman Sugar Kwame.
In the footage, it seemed like Sista Afia was going in for a hug, but Amerado accidentally kissed her, causing her to momentarily pull away.
The duo were likely scheduled to perform at the birthday bash, which reportedly drew in several notable figures.
Amerado’s stylish outfit also caught attention, highlighting his keen sense of fashion. It’s unclear whether Amerado’s kiss was intentional or if it was all part of a planned stunt.
