The official Twitter account of 02 Indingo proudly announced that Ghanaian rapper and performer Medikal will be headlining his first major UK gig at their venue.
O2 also revealed that tickets for the event, scheduled for May 3, 2024, will go on sale on Friday, January 19. Throughout the years, Medikal has proven himself to be a dominant force in the music industry, delivering chart-topping tracks with infectious beats.
This performance presents an excellent opportunity for the rapper to further promote his recent album, ‘Planning and Plotting,’ which features renowned artists like Mayorkun, Bisa Kdei, and Ofori Amponsah.
Indigo at The O2 is a renowned live music club with a capacity of 2,750, catering to smaller music events, club events, after-shows, corporate functions, and private events.
The venue boasts four bars, including two on the main ground floor area, one in the VIP lounge known as the Purple Lounge, and one in the stalls called Bleachers.
As one of London’s premier live venues, Indigo at The O2 not only hosts music performances but also a diverse range of events, including talks by notable figures like Bill Clinton, comedy shows featuring Andy Parsons and Roy ‘Chubby’ Brown, Classic FM shows, boot camp sessions for The X Factor, and the debut of the innovative snooker format, Power Snooker.
