In February 2011, Kaka met Jorma Taccone, a member of The Lonely Island, when Taccone visited Nairobi, Kenya as part of his voyage for AFAR Magazine’s “Spin the Globe” Sungura and Taccone collaborated to produce a rap video with over 1.2 million views.
Later, Taccone penned an article for AFAR Magazine detailing his encounter with Sungura.
Already having released his 17-track album “Tales of Kaka Sungura Sunguuch,” Kaka stated that he was exclusively focused on promoting the album and filming a few music videos:
